S3 Berlin Query

Applied with complete documents as a family. No response for months. Our lawyer filed Untätigkeitsklage in July after sending a letter a few weeks prior. The court gave 12 weeks. We have not heard anything since.

Can others please share based on their experiences how much more we need to wait? Especially now that the court deadline is also coming to an end?
