Dosto, I want some information about the MPSC RAJYASEVA EXAM

I am planning to attempt it next year, I want to know 3 things -

1. Usually, how long does it take to declare the results after the interview ?

2. What are some good youtube channels to prepare ? I am attempting the exam in English medium.

3. What are the books to refer ?

as a newbie, id be thankful if some veteran could guide me about this ! thanks :)
