New outbreaks

Hey, so I’ve had this for about 12 years now so this isn’t new. My outbreaks had gotten so few and far between, I went like 5 years without a single outbreak. Now all of a sudden I keep getting out breaks, I’ve had more in the last year then I had in the first year after being diagnosed. Not only that but they’re all in new places, not the original spot where I got them. There’s also not much notice. I used to know when I was going to get one because it was always the same spot and it would get really itchy and tingly the day before. Now it’s seemingly out of the blue. Has anyone ever had such a big change in their outbreaks before? Sorry if this was kind of rambling I’m just feeling a bit discouraged.
