Looking for Crew

I play pretty much exclusively REC, I would try to play with Crew as much as possible, but would prioritize playing with friends first. I could have up to 10 other people wanting to join as well as a crew merge, but I could also see them sticking with the crew that they made.

We are just moving way too slow on the XP grind due to lack of members. If this sounds like I'd be an okay fit, let me know!
