Babymoon, will I regret not taking one?

I am due early March and currently trying to plan a babymoon but I am having a hard time deciding on if I really want/need one.

For context, my husband and I travel a lot. Last december we spent a week on a tropical honeymoon and just did 2 weeks in Japan in April. Im not really wanting to do a long flight for a tropical vacation again (we are from midwest) and currently looking into a fall trip out east. Having a hard time feeling excited about going anywhere but also don’t want to regret not taking our last trip the two of us…the weather in November/December also makes choosing locations tricky…

Did any of you forgo the babymoon and regret it?! I’ve just never been not excited to travel before!
