After I find an image containing text in the image gallery, how can I de-select the text?

Here's the scenario:

• I am searching for a photo of a receipt in my image gallery (with over 5k photos) by doing a text search.
• The receipt is found but now the text I typed in the search field is highlighted on the receipt image.
• I'd like to use the photo. How can I de-select the text in the now found photo, without losing the photo? If I delete the search, the photo itself is no longer selected, and I have to look for it again.
