Am I the only one who refuses to call PCOS PMOS??

Recently with changes with PCOS being called PMOS am I the only one annoyed of the name change. Obviously we all know pcos is part of being a metabolic illness, but there are so many factors and other symptoms that comes with it. The reason why they changed it to PMOS because men are starting to exhibit similar symptoms of PCOS, and it absolutely angers me. Like dont get me wrong I can understand Men having issues but I feel they should have their own name separately. I feel changing it to PMOS just disregards the whole illness entirely and this is some sort of deep routed misogyny?? I dont want to sound like I'm crazy, does anyone agree with how I feel??
