This is based off a dream I had (toby fox ahh) where I was a bluejay traveling across America with a willow ptarmigan and a cardinal (I'm not American which makes it even weirder) and the moment I woke up I wrote it all down in a text to my partner lol- I really really want to make this an indie pilot, however as you can probably tell I'm not the best artist and my designs are not consistent at all. I could do with help to work this out, (for example, if my characters are unique enough/ catchy enough as character designs)

First thing! I know the cardinal doesn't look like a cardinal, but his design was boring a f with a cardinals markings, so I switched it up a bit!

I know there are no female characters so far, but I am planning to add more in later (the cardinals ex wife, Trisha, and his daughter, and the mayor of a nearby town, and the main villain)

I think the primary colour nature of the main characters (I know the ptarmigan is brown, but that's what they look like ok and he's fairly yellowish)

My boundaries!!

\-no criticism relating to the characters gender identity, sexuality or neurodivergence

\-please don't word anything strongly, and if it's possible, instead of telling me what's wrong, tell me how I can fix it!

(Ex. Instead of- "the bluejays legs look funny" do- "try making the bluejays legs a bit more \_\_\_")

(I'm very autistic, and tone matters to me even if you're saying basically the same thing, it makes me feel horrible if things are worded in a way I don't understand)

Sorry if this makes no sense, I'm bad at writing things, and thank you for reading my nonsensical rant about the weird dream I had and the characters that came from that)

Are my characters good and if they were in an indie show would you watch it? [OC]
