Plaza Beach Hotel is doubling down on beach ownership
Looks like Robert Czyszczon, owner of Plaza Beach Hotel, is not relenting on his war to claim complete beach ownership down to the mean high waterline. This roughly means that at high tide you can't walk the beach unless you get wet, get his permission, rent a room from him, or maybe patronize Chris's Bar.
Even the Undertow Bar didn't go this far. What are they thinking with this attempt to change the ancient rules of how we walk and use the beach.
