Bay Area Pumpkin Patches recommendations?

I'm looking for a pumpkin patch where the pumpkins are growing on the vine! Like, I want to tromp through the mud where they're all grown, and snip the vine myself.

Are there any patches in the bay area that do that next month? I've seen a few patches in years-past that are in/around the Santa Cruz mountains, but from the car, it usually looks like the pumpkins are pre-snipped and lined up in a field.
