Hello I am new to bitcoin mining and need help setting up my first Set up!

I have a lot of questions so i'll get started.

My electricity cost is around 0.21$/KWH

1. Should I do GPU or ASIC mining?
2. Whats the best ASIC and/or GPU miner that I can buy which doesnt ramp up my electricity bill and isnt very expensive?
3. What types of coins should I mine?
4. is it a profitable business?
