So there is a "Savage" flair but no "Beastoid" flair anymore?

Look, I understand removing the eastoid custom flairs like "European meth-head" for the Czechs or "Thief" for the Romanians because, after all, it's a western european sub. But quid of the Beastoid flair?

So the savages get a flair but the eastoids don't? The eastoids have no choice but to use the savage flair? We're putting the eastoids in the same bag as Hank or any other savage filth for that matter?
