Founders, I created subreddit for hiring Ukrainians. What do you think?

I noticed there are employers who specifically want to hire folks from Europe, Ukraine.
Hiring on popular platforms is expensive.
Hiring by posting a job on Reddit should be low-cost.

Why Ukrainians?
Because of high-quality designers and developers, QA specialists, product and project managers, digital marketers, data analysts, engineers and more.

Here's another reason to hire them. You probably know there're a lot of mental health coaches and apps that claim they can help reduce stress and anxiety.
What's really reduces those things is the evidence in tomorrow's day, that I will have an income from my work. So by hiring Ukrainians you contribute enormously to reducing their stress during this difficult wartime.
