Got Capgemini LOI last year but really confused

I got my Capgemini LOI in November 2025 for an A4P role (5.5 lakhs), but I got no other responses from them. I'm really worried on how long this would take and from what I've found out, It might take a long while. Some from 2025 batch (I'm 2026) didn't even get their DOJ. And even if I get the job, I heard from some of the employees there that the company puts most freshers on bench, for those freshers to be laid off. So, I've been looking for jobs but the market is so fucked, like fucking fucked. It's like a nightmare.

I feel like I'm trapped. No, I'm probably trapped like many of us, I really don't know what to do....and I'm scared. I'd appreciate advices. And best of luck to y'all too.
