Do you expect your male partner to be shaved down there?

I was recently talking with a friend and she told me that she could never be with a man who does not shave his pubic hair. The majority of the men I've been with did not shave and I never perceived it to be problematic. What is your opinion on that? What do you prefer? Do you impose shaving to your partner? I have the feeling that a guy with shaved pubic hair kinda looks like a baby if he's not particularly hung, and I find it unappealing.
