[Need Help/Advice] Is mini-turrets are turn-able?

I've recently researched turrets, and decided to set it to my improvised kill-box (I'm not really into it, so it's bad as hell, I know, but I tried hard), but the issue is I can't see options to turn it on left, to the entrance

Is it even possible or it'll just turn when turret sees enemies ?
