The RE reddit community is terrible

Everyone is so gatekeepy and lectury about everything. I can make a post saying the sky is blue and someone on here will comment "well its actually a special shade of green as explained in the file fom an obscure spinoff from 20 years ago, you're not a true RE fan." Or the people who only played the 2 most recent games in the series and want to tell older fans what RE is all about and what its supposed to be and the old games are trash, blah blah blah. And now woth the movie? Look i didnt hate the movie but its not that great, it def doesnt deserve the 90 percentile Rotten Tomatoes score that it has and it almost certainly has that due to the toxic positivity surrounding the the series where no criticism is allowed. I love RE but i hate the reddit RE fanbase. You can all lick my BS and then my BH and then my BS again. Have a nice day.
