If we look at it truly outside looking in, Carson has always been a “race you how i expect you to race me” type driver.

•Corey Heim (rightfully & deservedly) retaliates and wrecks Carson as a receipt in the Truck Championship.
\- Carson responds “That’s fair” and doesn’t divulge further.

•Bubba Wallace has a fit of road rage at Martinsville and takes out Hocevar without prior incident(s).
\-Hocevar later stated Bubba texted & apologized later that week, 77 responds with admiration for the move. Martinsville has a deep history of drivers having meltdowns and he enjoyed the moment, even if being on the receiving end.

•Coronado
\-Corey Heim wrecks Hocevar for a top 3 position with 20 laps to go. Non-Full Driver wrecking someone who was top 10 in points ATP. Hocevar responds the following week with memes, no drama.

•Chicagoland
\-Zane Smith attempts (and fails) to end Hocevar’s day early. Hocevar responds comically “he tried” over the radio and finishes his day the best he could.

•Brad Keseloswki and Hocevar get into an incident. Brad tells Carson that “It’s coming for you,It’s coming for you *HARD”*
*-*Hocevar responds with “I’ll tighten my seatbelts”

•Ryan Blaney, known for his late blocks, while running in a CHASE race with >100 laps to go, throws a bad block while Hocevar is in his inside.
\-Blaney, after having 50+ laps to rethink and reassess what he done, still goes on to attempt to attack(and lose in the eyes of most) a fight post race on pit road to Hocevar. Hocevar immediately post-fight celebrates with the fans while other drivers snicker from the side.

I’m just confused on where im not supposed to like this dude. He takes what he dishes out and doesn’t bitch? Dude has talked the talk for a long time and ever since he put a leash on Blaney Saturday night, he walks the walk too.

I wouldn’t be surprised if drivers gave 77 the Kevin Harvick treatment from now on.

You might want to have a verbal confrontation with Hocevar, but definitely not a physical one.

(Obviously half of this is in good-fun-jest, but also Hocevar is 10 toes down in what he is as a driver.)
