Was my old HRT not working?

Hello, I've been using homebrewed transdermal estradiol spray since 10/2025 (2.5mg twice a day), but switched to 2mg sublingual about 2 weeks ago because I was travelling a lot and didn't want to bring an unlabelled spray. I've also started bicalutamide 50mg at the same time.

Since then, breast tenderness and pain when pressing has increased significantly, these effects were pretty much negligible when I was using the spray. I haven't noticed any differences beyond that.

So was the spray not working correctly or is it the bicalutamide? I was watching when the spray was made and calculations checked out.
