Family needs help!

Please forgive me if this is not the right sub...

We are a family of 3 (me 26, my wife 24 and our children 2yo). We lived with some relatives for a period of time, until I get back on my feet, after 2 surgeries, 1 on my ankle and 1 on my lower back. But today, because of their addiction go alcohol to be honest, our relatives kicked us out. At the moment, we don't have any money, at least to pay rent or buy groceries or anything else... I can proof my surgeries, I can proof all I'm asked for...
