hi, i’m 23F looking for a roommate in Birmingham! I’m planning to do a short term lease (maybe 6 months). I’m open to any area & my budget is $1000max (for my portion). I’d prefer another female & for you to be around my age. We can start looking together but I do have a list of some spots already. Would have to be pet-friendly because I do have a cat. Planning to move before end of year but can wait until early next year if I find someone who needs more time! I’d be open to someone who already has a place & just needs a room filled also!
