🌾 THE GRAIN MADE IT TO THE SILO. SO WHY IS THE PAYMENT STILL DELAYED?

The combine finished harvest.

The truck left the field.

The grain reached the elevator and went into storage.

But days later:

❌ One scale ticket is missing

❌ The moisture reading does not match

❌ The grain is blended into another bin

❌ The load moves into bulk transport

Now nobody can prove which field that grain came from.

📋 WHERE GRAIN TRACEABILITY BREAKS

🔗 The field is no longer connected to the load

📄 Scale tickets and moisture records are separated

🏗️ Storage transfers are tracked manually

⚖️ Quantity differences are found days later

💰 Finance cannot reconcile what left the field versus what entered bulk transport

By the time someone notices, settlement is already delayed.

💸 THE REAL COST

😖 Shrink disputes

📉 Missing grain value

⏳ Delayed payment

📞 Hours spent rebuilding records from paper tickets, spreadsheets, texts, and phone calls

The grain was harvested correctly.

The delay happened because the proof was lost.

🚜 HOW LOADMILES FIXES IT

LOADMILES gives every grain load one QR-based eTicket from harvest through elevator, storage, and bulk transport.

Every truck leaving the field stays connected to:

🌾 Harvest field and yield

⚖️ Elevator scale weight and grade

🏗️ Storage bin assignment

🚛 Bulk transport destination

📊 Final quantity reconciliation

🛡️ Full traceability to support FSMA 204 compliance

🚨 Missing weight, wrong storage location, or unexplained shrink is flagged immediately

Because payment should never be delayed by missing proof.
