Does that even count as a real relationship in your eyes? (potential book spoiler)

So in the books, Adrian and Rose are a "couple" for a bit while Dimitri is a strigoi.

But did you guys ever consider this a real relationship? In my opinion it was just Adrian abusing the fact Rose was hurt and a shell of her former self due to what happened to Dimitri so she was simply too tired to constantly reject his advances.
