HIGHLY SENSITIVE BODY: seeking help with a medicated abortion? Any advice from others who have MCAS

My husband (31M) and I (32F) are on our honeymoon and while here we have found out we are pregnant. (I'm not looking for any judgement please only kindness and advice!)

My MCAS manifests in severe food intolerances (now allerg!c to all nuts and adrenaline when I go to the dentist and all high histamine foods) and tachycardia after eating.

By the time I get back to NY, I will be 8 weeks pregnant. I am absolutely terrified to go the surgical route, I just absolutely don't want to go in person and be given anisthesia, since developing all these food and medical intolerances-- I haven't taken advil or anything in years.

Has anyone with MCAS or severe histamine intolerances gotten a medicated abortion? What was it like? MODERATORS: I'm not seeking medical advice!!! I'm seeking real world experiences and reassurances. Thank you :)
