Testing out trigger

Is anyone testing out their trigger? Has anyone tested out their trigger? Any tips?

I wasn’t going to because that sounds like added stress, but I’m doing ivf next cycle and CVS just reached out to me about sending me the medications. I’m worried if I wait until my beta for a negative, it will be too late to get my medications and I’ll have to start the month after.
