WWV QSL card

Hi,

Been listening to shortwave since 1964. Always build my own receivers. I have heard WWV at 10MHZ in NJ a few times I would love to get a QSL card from them. On their web site it says they cannot send QSL cards to listeners in the US only foreign listeners. Does anyone know why this is or how I can get around it? Thank you.
