Can I move WhatsApp to WhatsApp Business without Backup?

I am currently running both personal and business needs on one number and account on regular WhatsApp. However I am planning to purchasing a new number, and this number will be my personal number (current one will be for business use).

Hence, I am trying to move my current number from regular WhatsApp to WhatsApp Business, however I do not have chat backup on my iPhone due to lack of iCloud storage. Will I still be able to transfer all my old texts from my old number to WhatsApp Business without backing up?
