Where are the options for duplicating/mirroring external screen? CachyOS

Ok this is very frustrating. The first time I connected my TV I got the options for mirroring and extending etc. Now I don't know how to bring those options back. They are not in the screen monitor options. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, my external monitor seems to be locked at 4k 30hz. I'm wondering if this is because it's extended and not mirrored. I have an optical HDMI cable that allows 4k 120hz. It works perfectly on windows.
