do i buy the fenty diamond bomb (the mini) or the judydoll dupe

i honestly only wanna use it as an eyeshadow topper and with the sephora discount the fenty mini is 18CAD and judydoll is 14CAD. im 17 so i dont have wrinkles BUT my eyelids r pretty oily. so what do i buy??
