Fly in the US or stick to UK?

Currently flying for a UK operator with very descent QOL. No nightstops so home every night and I average about 4-5 flights a month , some months 2-3. Last 365 days I’ve averaged 17 hours per week at work. Pay is descent at about 150k USD.
Wife is American so have the option to go down the us route , but should I? I know pay can be better , but for the amount or lack of flying I do I don’t see anywhere truly being much better?
