ADHD meds

Hello, not sure how to start this but I'm moving to Poland from the UK for university at the end of this month. I've been diagnosed with ADHD and I take 40mg Elvanse for it. I was diagnosed and prescribed these meds by a private psychiatrist in England, however they cannot send my medication to Poland because it's not legal or something- not really sure.

Can I somehow get my prescription in Poland through a local psychiatrist? I heard Elvanse isn't really offered in Poland, and I'm not interest in trying medikinet or other alternatives, so I'm a bit worried. I'm not really sure what to do to be honest, and I'm just looking for a bit of guidance.
I'm 18, was diagnosed last year.
I speak fluent Polish if that helps.
