Morale at NASA Ames?

Hey folks! As the title suggests, I’m looking for some input from folks currently at NASA Ames. I currently work in the private sector, but I have a civil servant offer in the Aviation division for a role I’m excited about. However, every time I look up “current employee morale in the federal government/NASA”, I see red flags all around. I don’t mind the pay cut for meaningful work, but I do mind things like horrible work life balance, lack of respect for employees, etc. I would appreciate any thoughts!
