Is it safe to file a counter restraining order against a false accuser?

Location: NYC, USA

My partner (wife) who had falsely accused me of domestic violence has naturally put a restraining order against and yet she's still stalking using fake accounts on social media and even got to the point where she/her family is kind of desperate to physically harm me. Since I'm currently on bail, is it safe to file a counter restraining order against her in the family court? Like is it even possible?
