I got an IUD last month

I was on the pill for 6 years and got an iud last month. This week is the week I’m supposed to get my period and I’ve just been such an emotional wreck. One minute I’m happy and fine and the next I’m crying. I’ve also had the shortest tempter too. I dropped my shears and work and instantly it put me in the worst mood ever. I was so angry. The smallest things have been setting me off when usually they wouldn’t. I feel like I’m going crazy I don’t know what to do. I’m mentally exhausted from being back and forth with my emotions. I’m just picking fights with everyone around me.
