Page and Pac's feud when Dynamite started in 2019, just two guys with good bodies having normal matches

After Page's Jericho match and new big signing Pac beating Omega, their first tv feud was with each other, starting with the 2nd match on the first ever Dynamite (42:44 in this clip)

Both guys look good physically in their younger days. The first night Dynamite crowd doesn't need them to go overboard to be invested, they are trying to sell more than todays AEW thus regular strikes and moves are enough for most of the match. Pac wins with a low blow, which sets up a Full Gear match.

Pac tries low blow again, but Page catches it, and eventually wins. They go a bit longer for the PPV, but overall it's still not a crazy spot and finisher fest.

Are these 5 star classics? No. But it did the job for a midcard feud with two of their horses at the time. Watching the first match made me want to check out their match storyline continuing at Full Gear. It was interesting to see Page's body back then, and Pac looking like a potential top guy for them instead of the Death Riders version he's been since.
