Tcf India centres and wait time

Hi, I can no longer stay in Canada because my status has expired. I am preparing for the TCF; what are the wait times to get a slot in India? How many centers offer the exam? Is it possible to get an exam date within a month or two? If not, what are the other options—such as taking the exam in Dubai?
