Starting again! Can I adapt the RR to my power tower? Any routine or form tips?

Hi all. I used to be here a lot 2020-2021, and got really into BWF. I have always been a very skinny man (legs strong though) but (despite being 35) with the RR I built lots of strength and felt fantastic. Then life took over and here I am at 40 back in poor condition.

Back in the day doing the RR I was never objectively strong, and didn't get much past 20 push ups and starting to do some chin ups on the bar. I never even got to a real pull-up ... but I never had a bar big enough to do one either. All my leg exercises got stuck at things like Single Legged Deadlift because I didn't have the equipment to move forward in the RR.

Anyway...

I have moved house and no where to put a bar, so I bought this folding power tower:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/ONETWOFIT-Foldable-Adjustable-Multifunctional-Freestanding/dp/B0FQTHS541

It seems good enough to get stuck in again. It can do scapular pulls, anything with a bar, dips, leg lifts, has some handles for push ups, and I guess can use the dip bars for rows (?).

I wanted to know if anyone here would be kind enough to comment whether there's a specific exercise I should aim for / aim to avoid with this power tower, or if there's something to be aware of about such a tower that could ruin my form?
