Locked out of my 2018 Roblox account because of 2-step verification + Roblox Support form won't submit

Hi, I’m completely locked out of my Roblox account and I’m really worried because I’ve had it since 2018 and have a lot of stuff on it.

My account has 2-step verification enabled through my old school Outlook email (STUPID I KNOWWWWW) . I graduated and unfortunately forgot to change the email on my Roblox account to my personal email. Now my old school Microsoft account has been blocked due to "suspicious activity", so I can't access the inbox or receive the Roblox verification codes to log into my account.

I know my Roblox username and password, but I can't get past the 2-step verification screen because the code is being sent to the inaccessible email.

In the picture I tried contacting Roblox Support. I selected:

• Account Hacked or Can't Log In
• Lost access to my 2-step verification method

I entered my current personal email as the contact email, and Roblox sent a verification code to that email, which I entered successfully. I also completed the CAPTCHA/prove-you're-human verification.

But the support form gives me this error message. I've tried turning off my VPN, and I'm still getting the same error.

I'm especially worried because I made a Marketplace purchase earlier today before I was logged out (probably because of the VPN), and I've consistently purchased Robux over the years. I also have gamepasses in Dress to Impress and Jailbreak, and I'm very active in Dress to Impress, Jailbreak and Flee the Facility.

I can provide purchase receipts, transaction information, old account information, etc. to prove that I'm the owner.

Has anyone successfully dealt with this before? Is there another way to contact Roblox Support when the support form itself won't submit?

I really don't want to lose access to this account. 😭
