How long before results on Cromolyn/ldn

I finally started treatment about 5 weeks ago with Cromolyn and LDN. I had a flare up about a week in and it faded but so far I don’t feel like I’m seeing much improvement to my symptoms. I’m mixing 800 mg of Cromolyn into my water bottle and sipping it over the day as instructed. I’m finally at 2.1mg of the LDN but I’ve had to creep after that first flare. So far I have severe constipation instead of diarrhea but everything else (brain fog, breathlessness, dizziness, pain) is all still the same.

For those who have tried this treatment, how long did it take to see results? I feel like I should be having some change by now…
