Has anyone else also experienced an uptick in auras these past few months?

I usually get only one or two a year at most. Some years I don’t get any but I have had numerous in the past few months and I’m so puzzled. It seems others are experiencing the same thing. Is it something in the air/atmosphere? Is it something to do with the super El Niño? Are we more sensitive? I’ve tried everything and I need answers. I was told it’s my sinuses but I’ve had chronic sinusitis for over 10 years and have never experienced THIS.
