Does anyone else feel like the dermatologist just isn't helping?

Almost every time I go to an appointment she just says, "yea that can hurt huh, ahh, mhmm, okay, okay" like wtf bro I get there is no cure but clearly the bs you have me on isn't working. My skin is disgusting, and I know its not to many people but to me it is, YOU should not be ashamed of your eczema but guys I am overly ashamed and I hate myself everyday for it. It's so fucking bad.

Also if anyone is open can I show you what my leg eczema look like, just to get an idea of what could be happening to me?
