February family travel with 1yo - looking for destination suggestions

We are a family of 3 based in FL. Our daughter just turned 1 this month and I am pregnant with our second.

We would like to take a family trip in February before baby comes. We are open to domestic and abroad.

Where would you recommend with a 17 month old while also pregnant. Some activity and some relaxing is ideal. Thanks for the suggestions!
