Folding stem options

Hi all!

I'm trying to find options to make the handlebar of my Aveton Aventure 1 fold flat (so I can throw it in my car every day as part of my commute dropping off my 2 year old to daycare and then biking the rest of the way) without the need for an Allen key.

I've found the Thinstem folding bike stem, are there any others I am overlooking available in the Canadian (Ottawa) market? Anyone know any brick and mortar stores I could investigate?

Adding at the bottom, sadly no I can't put my kid in a chariot to get to daycare (the original plan), the location we ended up getting is only really accessible by roads that are 60/80kph without readonable alternatives or even sidewalks. That's not acceptable to me with my child behind me/on my back/whatever.
