[DISC] Different translations? Please Look After The Dragon

I, about a year ago, got gifted a English paperback copy of "Please Look after the dragon" and have been slowly reading it every now and then, but recently I finished Vol 1 and noticed something odd.

I saw a page from the extra chapter once before as a art meme that when viral for a while, including scans of the original page but it was slightly different from the official copy I got. the scan that got passed round as a meme read "this will corrupt people... A living bed..." but my copy has "A Living bed...the ultimate productivity drain..."

So now I'm wondering where the other translation came from and which is more accurate?
