upper lip hair NEVER EVER GOES AWAY

I have been on the hormones which stop you from growing this hair for SEVEN YEARS. I have had SO MUCH LASER. and yet I cannot get rid of this testosterone fueled aberration perched upon my philtrum. IT WILL NOT LEAVE.

please help i need it to go away i promise im not mad it just never leaves not even right after i shave it fully off
