Groin/Abdominal pain

Hello! I’m a 28 year old male, who has been experiencing discomfort in the groin/lower abdomen that sort of radiates into my scrotum. I’ve been to the urologist who performed ordered a scrotal ultrasound and an MRI on my abdomen and noted everything looked normal and fine, after both tests (along with clean bloodwork, std tests, etc.). Is there something else that might be causing this that I’ve not looked into yet? The urologist explained that it could be different nerves that might potentially be enflamed that run down into my groin, but i’m not sure what I am supposed to do with that information. It’s probably a 2/10 in terms of pain, but it’s pretty constant for about a month or so.
