Should I upgrade my bios version?

Hello folks, I need an advice.

I have a MSI B650 Tomahawk Wifi, and I have a bios version of 2024, I didn't remember the correct version.

Should I upgrade it?

I'm always scared when I have to upgrade my bios...😅

I use Linux Mint, I don't know if this information is useful or not
