How can I get the Ritual Recovery commendation without asking randoms for help?

Is there any way to get the Ritual Recovery commendation solo or without having to rely on random players?

I don't really want to go to random crews and ask people to help me with it. Is there a method to complete it with a friend, or any other workaround?
