Question about TRICARE.

Recently married my partner 5 days ago after 6 months of engagement and I’m currently in tech school! I’m wondering how to go about getting my spouse and my stepdaughter covered under my TRICARE. We already set up her dependent card, does my stepdaughter also need one since she’s not legally adopted by me? Does my partner need an insurance card if she were to go get a check up done or does she just say she’s covered by TRICARE at the clinic? Honestly, any information on this helps a ton. I’m going to visit the DEERS office thursday once I have free time, I just want to know what I should ask for specifically to check these boxes.
