Not having fun when people picking hyper carry pokemon are "practicing" in ranked games

Probably would get removed. But still wanted to express this feeling. Having to pick a tank/support when everybody else picks speedsters/all-rounders/attackers is the worst. They never position well in teamfights or are too busy farming with the "Please let me level up first". For them to be completely obliterated because they ignored every single objective in the map and now enemy team is completely buffed.
